- Built and operated backend services supporting authentication and core production workflows.
- Implemented security controls including JWT authentication, OTP-based login, API rate limiting, input validation and request-level protections.
- Improved backend performance and scalability through MongoDB schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines and API optimization.
- Dockerized the previously non-containerized backend and established repeatable production delivery workflows.
- Managed AWS EC2, ECR, Lambda and CloudWatch infrastructure with Nginx, PM2, SSL and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
- Validated production capacity at 2,000 concurrent requests with p99 latency below 600 ms.
